The method makes the connection between contributions itself a working object. Evidence and opinions do not become an answer by proximity. Examining the receiving inference and a changed condition exposes the operation still missing. This lets a group obtain the right expert, narrower claim or inquiry instead of repeating an ineffective meeting form.
