C.11.DBR:6 - Bias-Annotation
Hindsight: an outcome makes a convenient old rationale seem obvious. Recover actual reliance, including a genuine gap. Recency: later information is treated as stronger without checking its conditions. Compare qualified claims. Escalation and sunk effort: completed work is used to defend a failed premise, or failure is used to erase history. Keep both facts. Selective preservation: only convenient dependencies are inspected. State the bounded receiving question and unresolved branches.
