The method can overfavor engineered, explicitly measurable interactions. Human participants can contest the goal, decline a request or hold interests that the model omitted. Recover their actual commitments and protected conditions before treating a proposed arrangement as available.

A layered picture can overfavor hierarchy. Shared resources, peers, external suppliers and overlapping authority may require coordination without one superior controller. Examine the actual influence and decision rights.

A successful demonstration can overfavor its observed conditions. Keep the operating region, information quality, available support and receiving criterion with the result. Compare the whole arrangement, including work displaced elsewhere.
