C.39.WA:10 - Rationale

Adequacy is a relation among the account, the question, its intended use and the available grounds. Accurate local content is one possible contribution to that relation. The required organization depends on the subject: Method composition, discipline composition, system functioning and representation each supply different rules.

The Method joins construction with appraisal because missing content must be obtained, while an adequate account should remain usable. Independent expectation helps expose a substituted subject; the two-way return between whole and parts gives the repair its constructive operation. C.41 makes the questions usable at consequential work occasions.
