C.39.WA:4.6 - Arrange independent appraisal and complete the return
Select independence according to the intended conclusion and the observed difficulty. A reviewer who must judge the author’s construction keeps authorship separate. A fresh reading context is useful when earlier narrowing or a disclosed expected answer could shape recognition. Supply the original question and necessary subject grounds before the candidate and earlier verdicts. A domain specialist can still be needed; freshness does not supply subject competence.
The reviewer compares the account with an independently grounded expectation and explains the missing relation or contribution in subject terms. The author develops that content or obtains its missing supplier. Reconsider the affected conclusion and dependent uses after repair. A coordinator accepting several contributions compares their actual coverage and joint conditions with the original result; C.41.SR supports that reconciliation.
Use the six question groups as an aid at the actual work occasions:
- Before decomposition, read-do: recover the subject and develop the expected organization in the current explanation.
- During construction, read-do: follow the questions at a consequential join and construct or correct the missing content.
- Before an adequacy claim, do-confirm: use the performed work and its grounds to answer the questions about the complete relevant account.
- At independent review: recover the expectation first, then compare it with the full relevant candidate.
- At acceptance: connect the warranted contributions and unresolved conditions to the original requested result.
C.41.OF arranges access, timing and competent participation. C.41.UA separates obtaining an answer, deciding what to do and performing the resulting action. A negative or unresolved answer must have a useful continuation. Put the relevant outcome in the explanation, review or handoff already needed by the work.
Use C.41.QC when the question set or checking means is itself doubtful. A useful appraisal must distinguish a correct fragment from an account that supplies the required whole. A criterion that asks only whether the fragment is correct cannot support that decision.
After interruption, recover the original question, the relevant whole construction, the last supported contribution and the unresolved return. Reuse earlier grounds while their subjects, conditions and conclusions remain applicable. For an AI agent, keep the operative questions and subject material available in the working context. For people, provide the necessary time, access and help. Observe understanding, performance of the operation and the resulting benefit separately when deciding whether the arrangement works.
