• The subject, receiving use or exploratory question, horizon and protections are recoverable.
• The proposed contribution is distinct from the problem and its evidence.
• Materially different directions retain their operative support conditions.
• Joint reachability uses qualified premises for the same holder and horizon.
• The return distinguishes a qualified candidate, conditional possibility, rejected direction and exact gap.
• A useful stop or discriminating next question follows without inventing advice or commitment.
