C.40.RQ:5.3 - Changed service terms leave technical evidence distinguishable

In a constructed organization engagement, the consultant discovers a material provider interest that was absent from the agreed service basis. The existing technical comparison was independently produced and remains qualified for its stated configuration and horizon.

The applicable professional engagement Method now reopens whether this adviser can provide the requested recommendation and on what terms. The professional result may require narrowed scope, an independent recommender, or referral. That service outcome does not by itself refute the technical comparison. The applicable advice-follow-up Method receives the affected advice-use question if advice was already returned.

At the planned three-month follow-up, no capable observer or permitted source is available. That gap supplies no evidence that conditions stayed favourable. If the advice depended on that observation, return the missing observation and its reliance effect now. Existing professional contact or protection duties still follow their actual basis.
