CAD.1:10 - Architectural Rationale

The method starts from coupled behavior because a decomposition is a change to that coupling. Introducing agreement before relaxing it makes the lost condition recoverable. This gives later error and feasibility work a specific obligation rather than an open-ended request to integrate components.
