CAD.4:2 - Problem
A detailed planning model may improve prediction but miss its deadline. A faster tracker can use more computation or amplify measurement noise. A longer planning interval can save resources while increasing command mismatch. A design assembled from individually preferred choices may have no feasible joint setting.
The problem is to choose and realize a configuration whose control, model and resource assumptions can hold together.
