• Connected feasibility and continuation are established before performance ranking.
• A convergence or optimality claim has its own applicable grounds.
• Execution, communication and scheduling assumptions fit the implemented arrangement.
• Search limits and unresolved candidates are visible.
• Changed-condition and fallback behavior return to the premise that actually changed.
