CAD.5:9 - Consequences
The result connects observation selection to admissible control rather than to an isolated estimator score. It can justify a combination of channels, a retained internal history, a tighter representation, or the removal of unnecessary sensing.
The cost is explicit modeling and calculation. Exact joint sets can grow too expensive, and robust outer sets can reject useful designs conservatively. The result remains conditional on the model, bounds, timing and implementation. It supplies neither a general guarantee for learned perception nor a complete treatment of nonlinear, state-dependent sensing and actuation.
