CUST.2 can be used independently or as the difference-recovery constituent of CUST.1. CUST.3 receives a common-contribution question; CUST.4 receives a fit question; CUST.5 receives an unresolved inquiry; CUST.7 receives linked work and resource implications; CUST.8 receives effects on existing obligations. These are conditional result uses, not compulsory sequential stages.
