A local solution contains necessary constraints mixed with accidental arrangements. Copying it exports accidents; abstracting it too quickly removes conditions that made it work. A common technical part can coexist with different service obligations, while different technical implementations can provide one repeatable service. The family must explain these distinctions before its members are admitted.
