• Are live choices expressed through the customer’s result and consequences?
• Are infeasible combinations excluded for stated reasons?
• Does a recommendation expose transferred work and responsibility?
• Is the customer-dependent work placed where its inputs and capacity are obtainable?
• Has the complete timing and resource effect been considered?
• Does a changed form of provision have its own supported responsibility and evidence basis?
