CUST.6:11 - SoTA-Echoing

The service-productization literature treats definition, standardization and modularization as ways to make services intelligible and repeatable. Wirtz and colleagues supply the selected conceptual account; Valtakoski and Järvi’s primary abstract highlights knowledge sharing and cross-unit collaboration rather than documentation alone.

The full IS.3 and IS.5 methods provide a more developed answer to constructing support and performing transfer. CUST adopts them and adds family applicability, permitted material reuse, the delivery result and its continuing burden. Compared with a playbook-only approach, this changes the acceptance question from “is the package present?” to “can the receiving practice obtain the result with the support actually offered?”

Reopen the method when repeated use reveals hidden author intervention, unavailable help or a mismatch between the stated performer conditions and real receiving work.
