CUST.7:11 - SoTA-Echoing

The selected line combines service-productization work with the full MA.8 and Operations methods. Compared with pricing only the initial customization or counting internal hours after outsourcing, it preserves shared investment, moved work, constrained resources and continuing support.

Mass-customization and platform sources support the potential value of common preparation and controlled variation. They do not establish that every added variant lowers cost. Naldi, Galizia and Bortolini provide a bounded example of competing time and storage objectives, not a universal business model.

CUST adopts the complete-boundary comparison and rejects growth claims based only on a route, fee or provider change. Reopen the answer when actual repetition changes the proposed mechanism or the horizon needed to support it.
