CUST.Reference:8 - Consequences

The framework can reduce private reconstruction by supplying both a large customer-case Method and directly usable smaller Methods. It makes local-only provision, assisted repetition, a narrower promise and refusal legitimate choices alongside common product development.

It also makes costs harder to hide. Common development, qualified transfer, support and migration can outweigh the benefit of repetition at a small volume or high variety. A constrained offering may be more supportable than a large configurable platform. The Method improves the basis of that choice; it does not guarantee commercial success.

The additional work should be proportional to the live decision. A sufficient existing result ends that question. A low-risk configuration needs no full field study, and a retained local service needs no forced family admission. The explanation is complete so that readers can take a short justified route, not so every case becomes a large programme.
