CUST.Reminder:1 - Retain the questions that change the continuation
Use this reminder after reading the relevant Methods. It does not construct a delta, family or delivery method on its own. Keep only the answers needed by the actual decision, in the work products already used; no separate form is required.
| Question to retain | Receiving use |
|---|---|
| What useful customer result is needed, for whom, under which conditions and by when? What supported offering is the basis? | CUST.1 establishes the two receiving results. |
| Where do meanings, work, access, acceptance or promises differ? Which differences are dependent? | CUST.2 reconstructs consequential deltas rather than only assigning route labels. |
| Which local, common, assisted, partner, narrower or stopped continuation is feasible? Which combinations fit? | CUST.1 and CUST.2 keep alternatives and compatible decisions visible. |
| Who can contribute and decide the customer result, local realization, common family, delivery/support, resources and assurance? Which conflict needs distinct judgement? | CUST.1:4.3 makes the decisions governable without a fixed number of people. |
| What common result and invariants make a family? Where may variation live, and what remains local or excluded? | CUST.3 constructs a member, its boundary and supported provision. |
| Which solution can the customer meaningfully select? What common work can precede the order, and what must wait? | CUST.4 connects choice and differentiation to actual capacity. |
| What uncertainty can change the next local or shared decision? What may be observed, used and transferred? | CUST.5 obtains two qualified answers and permits negative or local-only outcomes. |
| Can another prepared performer obtain the result with the materials and assistance actually offered? | CUST.6 constructs and performs the receiving connection. |
| What grows, by which mechanism should burden change, and what full work continues over the relevant period? | CUST.7 compares common, local, transferred, support and transition work. |
| Does an outcome promise have a supported provider concept, other-party contributions, evidence, acceptance, responsibility and resources? | CUST.4 uses the full SYSE.8 Method; an unsupported promise is narrowed or returned. |
| Which present customers, configurations, meanings and obligations change? What continuation can each relevant use obtain? | CUST.8 constructs transition, coexistence, retained provision or an authorized end. |
| Which general assumption did practice confirm, qualify or challenge, and which Method must change as a result? | CUST.Reference:6 preserves the knowledge–practice connection beyond one case. |
For a productization candidate, retain the proposed common contribution, its scope, supporting conditions, permission limits, local residue and receiving decision. For a delivery candidate, retain the useful result, intended performer, preparation, operation, acceptance, exceptions and support. A completed set of fields establishes none of those results without their construction and appropriate evidence.
