E.4.CM:4.8.2 - Problem
A practitioner developing Method knowledge has a handbook, current research, an existing pattern library and a returned account of local practice. They partly agree, but neither chapter boundaries nor a ready-made process tells the practitioner which reusable actions, conditions and unresolved claims should survive. Later, a new fact can change the useful next question or the basis of an earlier answer.
Copying source chapters can preserve their words while losing the receiving action; reorganizing them first can lose a source condition or turn an observed practice account into an admitted Method. A finished language can hide the same loss when its entries cannot reconstruct the promised result or return to a changed source.
