IS.7:4.5 - Prepare and perform a bounded change
Work through the selected episode with those who must act and those who receive it. Make the new receiving connections obtainable: inputs, instructions, permissions, timing, equipment and responses. OCE.6 establishes changed organizational relations; OCE.11 reconciles the attempt with ongoing service. Obtain outside commitments from their actual owners. If a required condition cannot be supplied, compare a smaller legitimate attempt, another arrangement or a stop.
Use A.3.1.MI for introduction and observation. Keep the target baseline and the facilitating contribution distinct enough to interpret the result. Observe what was delivered and how it was used before attributing an outcome. Where target and facilitation must change together, preserve the coupled account rather than pretend to isolate an effect. A larger research conclusion goes to its own inquiry Method.
