KCAE.MEMORY:1 - Problem frame

Use this when repeated inquiries recreate the same source-to-work connection, or an unresolved observation should remain available for a later source, question or change. Storing only “training issue” can erase the very episode that later reveals a configuration problem.

The gain is useful reuse without freezing the first interpretation. Do not retain every conversation indefinitely. A one-time inquiry can end with its ordinary result; memory needs a permitted future use and an affordable maintenance boundary.
