LDR.1:4.6 - Continue with the stated help, and change the arrangement when needed

Arrange the next contribution: when it is needed, who can supply it, what assistance remains and where an issue beyond that performer’s competence or authority goes. Retain a useful example or explanation where the next participant can find it. Use the existing work product or communication channel; a new record has value only if somebody needs it.

If continuation without the initiator matters, observe a later comparable episode with another capable participant. State the retained help. A performance in which the initiator supplies the decisive question does not establish independence in asking that question. It can still be a useful assisted result. Rotate responsibilities only among willing, capable and properly supported performers; rotation alone does not develop them.

After a failure, identify the missing contribution. Revise the learning target or instruction for a human limitation, obtain workplace support for an unavailable condition, repair a tool, secure a qualified subject method or revise the promise. Repeating the same conversation is useful only if its contribution remains the actual gap.

The selected leadership Method can itself be inadequate. If capable participants with sufficient means, effective authority and a qualified subject method still cannot obtain the required contribution, examine the way the leadership work is being performed. Give A.3.1.QM the identified Method or candidate account, the receiving result, situation and allowed variation, its claimed contribution, and the available evidence about performance and local connections. Its bounded qualification can retain a usable Method, reject its use or expose an unresolved connection without demanding a new trial when current evidence suffices. Revise the failed operation or choose an adequate alternative, then qualify the affected contribution before relying on it. Where this repair needs an organization-change contribution to be constructed or specified, OCE.15 supplies that subject work. Ordinary joint work and independent-community cases need no organizational-change branch merely to question their leadership Method.

Return what was performed, what it enabled and what remains unavailable. Keep separate the agreement, performed work, bounded capability evidence and cultural-continuation claim. C.36 governs the latter; C.28 governs a causal-effect claim. One successful episode supports only the continuation warranted by that episode and its conditions.
