LDR.1:7 - Conformance Checklist

A conforming use of this method makes the following questions answerable at the scale the work needs:

  • Which receiving task needs help, and what contribution changes its next action?
  • Can an existing competent arrangement already supply that result?
  • Who supplies facilitation, subject expertise, authority, time allocation and learning where each is needed?
  • Do the contributions fit together in the relevant time windows, including displaced work?
  • If human development is selected, what target, qualified provider, practice and later observation justify it?
  • What was actually performed, with which help, and what continuation remains warranted?
  • If an AI changes the arrangement, which real work or guarantee remains and which old activity can be removed?

These questions examine the same contribution as the Solution. They are not a requirement to create a separate report for a routine brief.
