LDR.2:2 - Problem
Several individually sensible promises can form an impossible whole. A provider’s help may require local time already promised elsewhere. A customer may accept a date on one assumed scope while the engineering team agrees to another. A representative may express support without authority to commit the represented party.
The apparent solution can be a numerical ranking or an enthusiastic meeting that hides those incompatibilities. A technically feasible proposal is not yet accepted; acceptance is not technical evidence; neither supplies a missing resource.
