LDR.4:11 - SoTA-Echoing

The practice question is how a proposal becomes a supported first contribution. The selected line combines developed proposal preparation with direct substantive, agreement and authority methods, then follows actual use. A serious alternative is competent ordinary coordination already containing these contributions. Use it directly; the pattern adds value only where the connection is missing.

Adapt R10 Systems Management, 10:2 and the preparation/decision portions of 10:5: trusted advice outside the formal project, examinable consequences, a mutually understood start and visible work products in first use. These are practitioner source contributions, developed here in sections 4.1–4.8 and the calculation case. Reject universal minimum durations, blanket assurances of safety, exhaustive influence-network discovery, automatic attribution of non-use to sabotage, and suppression of newly surfaced concerns at launch. The source provides conceptual and methodological material, not empirical validation of this pattern.

Adapt the current CFIR Opinion Leaders account as a cue for relevant informal judgement. It reports heterogeneous influence and mixed effects, so it supplies no guarantee that involving an influential person creates acceptance. Section 4.2 asks whose judgement changes this decision and preserves the separate authority and consent relations.

AHRQ’s brief and huddle distinguish preparing shared work from adjusting it after change. Adapt that distinction in 4.6. It supports retaining an adequate ordinary exchange instead of imposing a ceremonial launch; healthcare-specific evidence and permissions remain outside the transfer.

The added preparation is justified when it can change feasibility, acceptance, authority or first use. Its accepted cost includes advice, inquiry, revision and delay. Reopen the comparison when a simpler arrangement supplies the same result, a concern remains unresolved, a relied-on contribution changes, or stronger evidence alters which preparation is useful. Conditional examples support the construction, not a causal claim of reduced resistance.
