LDR.4:4.6 - Make the same start mutually visible

Bring the effective decision and accepted proposal to those who rely on one another’s work. Confirm what each will actually contribute, when and with which help; who receives the result; what happens if a necessary input or ground is missing; and who can change the arrangement.

The practical need is that a participant can reasonably rely on the other necessary contributions. It is not merely that everyone has received the same announcement. Include absent shifts, external providers or other dependent participants through a usable exchange and their actual responses. A brief meeting may be efficient; a readable update with confirmations may be enough.

Keep a changed proposal distinguishable from the earlier one. If a late objection exposes a consequential gap, reopen the affected inquiry, agreement or decision. Communicate the revision before others rely on the old terms. Independent authorized preparation can continue while a dependent start waits.

Do not use a launch ritual to make disagreement invisible. The gathering can confirm an already prepared start and make its support apparent. It cannot supply missing technical grounds, resources or consent. Attendance, silence and a confident sponsor’s announcement prove none of those conditions.

Where an effective rule permits starting despite a retained objection, state that decision, the conditions on it and the available response if the feared consequence appears. Mutual visibility is compatible with disclosed disagreement.
