LDR.4:5.4 - A routine proposal needs no preparation campaign
Suppose a volunteer reading group already agrees on the next session’s subject, a capable participant has offered to explain it, the permitted materials are available and the host has confirmed the room. A short shared message identifies the same time and contributions.
The group can hold the session. It need not discover informal advisers, create a checklist or convene a launch event. If a later objection reveals that the selected material excludes an intended participant, examine that actual consequence and revise the affected arrangement. The method’s longer branches become useful only then.
