The covered work is conducting and improving a named subject’s development, including self-development when that subject contributes to conducting its own development. Recurring questions include unnoticed difficulty, an unformed aspiration, construction of a worthwhile problem, reachable directions and means, joint provision, enactment, actual changed possibilities and continuation after success. Ordinary work, implementation, advice, learning and Method creation can each contribute; none alone defines the whole.

C.40.OD constructs the connected undertaking using the qualified subject and professional results it needs. STR.16 constructs a feasible portfolio for an organization or provider with independently worthwhile undertakings and shared means. Opportunity construction uses C.40.OI, C.40.OC and C.40.NU, C.40.PC, C.40.DC, C.40.JF and C.40.OP without requiring an adviser. Advising can start with a formed question, qualified opportunity or existing HCD.2 programme comparison. Shared inquiry, characterization, joint conditions and changed-premise qualification remain results to obtain when missing, not mandatory checkpoints.

The supplying Core and domain-framework publications contain the complete pattern bodies, their material connections and heterogeneous worked uses. This architectural reference connects those contributions; it does not reproduce every engineering, learning, cultural, research, financial or legal mechanism needed by every development subject. The direct supplier result and conditions remain part of the receiving construction. If that result is unavailable, keep the particular gap; a coherent network drawing does not close it.

PSDA.Application:4 follows a person-to-Guide use, PSDA.Application:5 an organization inquiry, and PSDA.Application:6 unlike subjects. C.40.OD adds a connected undertaking with two substantive development transitions and changed performing arrangements. STR.16 adds a provider portfolio, a decision-reversing resource change and an external research partner. These are teaching cases, not an empirical coverage claim or the Method’s scope boundary.
