MMP.Reference:3.8 - Compare or construct the way work is performed

When the proposed operations are already known, MMP.21 compares the consequences of their order, combination and allocation. Select the observation that the next action actually consumes and represent a shared resource only once. A mathematical bound can reject an arrangement before implementation, while an existence construction establishes only the arrangement it actually constructs. C.32.MWA.PP receives the result together with its practical assumptions and moved burden.

When the mathematics instead suggests a new way of working, MMP.22 reconstructs the candidate rule. Sharing a deterministic preparation can preserve results; replacing independent measurements by copies cannot preserve the same uncertainty. Reordering first-failure checks can save expected effort; it no longer serves a requirement to report every failed condition. The transformation must therefore retain the full required result and yield operations whose inputs and support are attainable. A.3.1.MV retains a reusable variant, while a changed description or one Work schedule keeps its own subject.

Use the existing way or a cheaper direct construction when it already supplies the needed consequence. Mathematical construction is useful for the particular dependency, preserved result or new possibility it can establish; neither pattern requires a new experiment for every conditional candidate.
