OCE.3:4.1.2 - Challenge the combination and change it

Bring each candidate’s prospective result path and assumptions to the general method that answers the unresolved question. C.30.ASV:4.5a distinguishes Method composition, work, information, support and other structures when that distinction changes the design; C.32.MWA:4.1–4.4 combines those accounts and exposes conflict or burden moved between them. Enter MWA with a prospective case for a proposed organization of Method use. Existing observed relations keep their own evidence; missing Work identity does not become an invented obtaining occurrence.

For the finite change from the incumbent to a candidate, use C.11.CRC:4 to compare effects under the same horizon, scenarios and protected conditions, including interactions. Use B.1.5.RS:4 when replacing a contribution: follow it through every receiving whole that can change the choice, including an adapter or fallback the replacement needs. Reuse a sufficient comparison. OCE.11:4.1–4.3 supplies the time and resource overlap with continuing service; the concept uses those conditions instead of constructing another capacity account.

The organization question supplied to these methods is whether the proposed specialization, allocation, decisions, information and participation can jointly deliver the contribution. For example, a common integration queue may reduce duplicated interpretation yet delay local corrections. Keeping local output targets while adding a shared evidence obligation may make the apparently available contributors unavailable in practice. Such an interaction gives a reason to change a relation or support condition, retain a bounded exception, reduce the demand, or reject the candidate. A compensating policy is part of the candidate, with its burden and authority conditions, rather than a free remedy added after comparison.

Retain an incumbent repair when it satisfies the needed result at acceptable burden. Retain a tie when the observations do not distinguish the serious configurations. Request only the next result that could change the choice, and return a specific feasibility or authority gap when no candidate can meet the current conditions. Concept comparison can finish with that honest stop; it does not require a workshop, organization-wide agreement or an experiment for every alternative.
