OCE.Sources:1 - Product-series constitution and edition continuity
Product series. The 12 October 2026 edition is the first admitted member of the Organization Change Engineering product series. The series serves practitioners and assisting agents designing, realizing and reconsidering deliberate changes to organizational relations and capability while work continues, and developing Organization Change Engineering practice. The organizational-change purpose, independently useful entries and qualified specialist returns govern this scope. Routine operations, general joint-work leadership and individual capability development supply their own results when the change needs them. Replacing this purpose with general leadership or organization operation identifies another series.
Admit a later edition through an explicit decision when its relation to the actual source edition is established and the complete language is qualified for this purpose. Preserve independently useful operations, needed results and qualified supplier boundaries when refining, splitting or redistributing contributions. Correct false claims and mistaken boundaries. Source derivation alone does not admit an edition to the series.
Review the affected admission or use when a relied-on foundation or source changes, a required contribution becomes unavailable, or use exposes a consequential failure. Loss of qualification calls for a warning and a decision about repair, withdrawal of recommendation or retirement. Superseded, unavailable or retired editions retain their historical membership while the series continues; a false admission claim requires correction. Explicit retirement ends the series and its current belonging occurrences while preserving past facts. A later active collection requires a new constitution.
A change of title, publication home, Suite membership or maintenance alone leaves the series identity unchanged. The constitution establishes no maintenance service, future edition or uninterrupted availability.
