STR.17:12 - Relations
- STR.1 and STR.3 supply the strategic subject and question when these remain unsettled; an adequate existing formulation can be used directly.
- STR.5 receives an explained possible contribution. STR.6 and STR.8 develop obtaining ways and supporting contributions when the next strategic question needs them.
- STR.7 compares and designs a worthwhile bounded inquiry; C.11.DUA supplies proportionate comparison of an additional evidence demand with its whole burden.
- STR.12 receives a qualified implication for an actual choice and can arrange reconsideration. PSDA.15 supplies an applicable observation and decision-support return arrangement where that is missing.
- C.16 and C.28 support measurement and the comparability needed for stronger inference. C.18.1 supplies a scale-response investigation when a claim about changing resource returns actually requires one.
- C.40.NU supplies broader contrasting leads when the possible contribution is unsettled. This pattern develops the technological observation and explanation that such a lead may need.
- A.10 and A.10.1 govern source reliance and, where needed, discovery of affected uses. They do not decide whether the observed change makes a strategic contribution worthwhile.
- The relevant engineering, research, production and operating practices supply technical mechanisms, obtainable evidence and qualification for intended use. A coherent strategic account does not replace those results.
