STR.17:7 - Conformance Checklist
Use these questions to examine a particular result. Understanding the construction is recognition; supported answers require the corresponding observations and subject expertise.
- Does the inquiry identify the receiving use, an adequate present alternative and a difference an answer could make?
- Does the map explain consequential functions and enabling contributions and make any material gap explicit?
- Are the impact horizon, observation windows and reconsideration time distinct and suitable for the question?
- Can consequential observations be recovered with their dates, sources, task, configuration, comparator and material resource conditions?
- Does the comparison separate technical effects, distinct obtaining ways, integration, resource returns and attention where those affect the answer?
- Are regressions, contrary findings, no detected change, missing measurement and unavailable evidence preserved with their different meanings?
- Does each consequential explanation connect an observed effect to the proposed use and state whether a serious rival remains unresolved?
- Does the return support a direction, reconsideration, worthwhile bounded inquiry or sufficient stop without supplying missing authority?
- If the map changed, can the reader distinguish reclassification, discovery of an older event and a new event in the world?
