• The account connects the proposed contribution to an explained way and its actual enabling conditions.
• Available material can change the question; a preferred means is not silently made the purpose.
• Whole alternatives include displaced work, shared contributions and protected conditions at comparable horizons.
• A useful inquiry, recommendation, authorized commitment, realized contribution and observed use remain distinguishable.
• Changed premises reopen their dependent answers, preserving independent evidence and work.
• The result supplies the current strategic choice or its specific unresolved condition, without requiring a full planning cycle.
