STR.Reference:4.1 - The strategizing mantra

The strategizing mantra is the reasoning Method in STR.18. It connects a worthwhile contribution, its obtaining way, feasible contributions, commitments and the return from use. Its developed explanation allows a new means or changed condition to determine which question needs attention; the mnemonic order is not a planning cycle.

STR.18 uses the separately applicable Methods described above. STR.14 retains its specific conflict-reconciliation question, and STR.13 the choice of methods for strategic practice. The Reference explains those architectural relations; the ordinary pattern supplies the Method for assembling and revising the strategic judgement.
