A.15.11:10 - Architectural Rationale
Publishing a method, recognizing its relevance, obtaining its instructions, learning it and performing it require different contributions. Connecting them at a real work occasion addresses the gap left when a capable recipient never begins to search. It also makes a failed connection repairable without assuming that every omission is a memory defect.
The method keeps the constituent and encompassing work visible because the value of advice can change between them. A local improvement earns its place through what it enables or preserves in the whole, with the necessary constituents still available. B.1.5.EW helps identify which constituent actions perform the larger work; this pattern uses that relation to choose and assess the suggestion.
The general contribution is the construction of an encounter and a usable relevance relation. Domain methods still determine whether the proposed operation is sound, and capability-development methods determine how a performer learns it. A configurable assistant, a human teacher and a revised working document are alternative implementations; none is prescribed for every use.
