“We mean [short label] in the sense of L-…, and use it only when A-… holds. D-… either states what the named policy requires or, when an individual duty was separately instituted, names its actual bearer. E-… states the observed or evaluated result for the declared interval; add its evidence support when the receiving use needs it. If responsibility is also claimed, cite its direct relation separately.”
