ADM.13:7 - Conformance Checklist

Recognition. The record arrangement names the required use and reader, necessary content and meaning, applicable access, and the distinct correction and retention conditions. It separates a description from any constituting act or actual provision.

Assurance for reliance. Recover the actual answer through the intended reader and channel. Check a relevant correction, changed identifier, retention hold or system-withdrawal case. Establish that the needed grounds remain interpretable and that disclosure or disposal follows its own applicable authority. A successful export job alone cannot establish those claims.
