A history query asks whether Mara was appointed continuously through November. The supplied rule and records establish an appointment ending on 31 October and a later appointment beginning on 1 December. The same person, organization and role do not fill the November gap. The handler retains the separate intervals needed for the historical decision and obtains any different claimed basis for November instead of inferring continuity from the matching name.
