B.5.PI:8 - Common Anti-Patterns and How to Avoid Them

Wait for the worker to complain. Use an ordinary demonstration or handover to connect a result with its use before a complaint exists.

Normalize by repetition. Compare the recurring feature with the use it serves; frequency alone settles neither harm nor benefit.

Solve the listener’s substitute question. Apply the proposed remedy to the originating episode and retain what it leaves untouched.

Require a named defect before listening. Work with a recoverable fragment or early cue. Interpretation and warrant can follow separately.

Turn every difference into a project. Use an adequate explanation directly, make a small useful comparison, or retain the present arrangement. An inquiry must earn its additional burden.

Treat a passed checklist as comprehensive adequacy. State what was checked and keep consequential concerns outside the list available for inquiry.
