B.5.SD:2 - Problem
Communication can succeed while the receiving task remains impossible. A board of notes contains many relevant claims but no relation between a changed assumption and the proposed decision. A facilitator can distribute speaking time without possessing the competence needed to construct that relation.
The reverse mistake is to dismiss facilitation or participation because subject expertise matters. A technically skilled participant can also suppress a valid objection, leave terms ambiguous or prevent the group from examining the answer. The problem is the missing combination of constructive subject work and a process that permits it.
