C.29:12 - Rationale

The useful representation is question-relative. The two-station recurrence distinguishes output rate from latency while omitting details of the work. An embedding can instead retain the source distinctions and introduce mathematical objects useful for an inference. C.29.1:5.4 uses a real-number construction to obtain a rational approximation, then examines a request that requires a rational solution. These uses depend on different return conditions. A reader with an adequate construction, correspondence and limitations can use them directly; C.29 helps recover whichever contribution is missing.

The cost is explicit construction and a check of material losses. A queue calculation, geometric transformation or learned model still needs its own mathematical Method. C.29’s discovery cues help locate a candidate; its reliance rule determines which missing application information must be supplied for the result’s use.
