C.40.JD:1 - Problem frame

Use this Method when obtaining a worthwhile result requires coupled changes in a way of doing, its performer or holder, and the conditions that make performance possible. The difficulty can be a good Method that cannot be enacted locally, capable help that bypasses the intended learning, or learning that produces an operation current work cannot use. The result is a jointly workable construction with separate claims for delivery, acquired capability and provision.

An already adequate way, capable holder and sufficient provision can be used directly. A simple request for help belongs with the applicable implementation-support practice or the actual supplier. This Method does not make every supported episode open-ended development; C.40.OD governs that larger claim.
