C.40.JD:2 - Problem
Developing each component independently leaves their joins unconstructed. A course can teach an operation missing from actual work, a provider can deliver while the recipient remains dependent, and an organization can allocate time without supplying the missing competence. Altering one branch can also make another unnecessary. The practitioner needs to construct and revise the combination without protecting obsolete steps.
