C.40.JD:4.1 - Join development of the way with development of its performer

Construct one adequate way to obtain the chosen change. Its explanation connects the material or information available in the work, the operative distinctions and actions, the intermediate result needed by the next action, the receiving result and the conditions on which those connections depend. The Core Method constructions and C.39/C.40.CD supply development of this construction; obtain a qualified research contribution through A.15.9 for a genuinely unresolved research claim. A method description that names only its final result does not yet supply the next performer.

This way then separates into three possible receiving contributions:

1. A capable performer can use it to supply the immediate result.
2. A capability-development Method appropriate to the actual holder can use the explained operations and revealing contrasts to develop that holder, under its own mechanism and evidence conditions.
3. Provision and organizational design can use its actual requirements to construct the access, time, tools, authority and cooperation needed for performance.

These branches are joined by the same intended use and its operative conditions, not by a shared document title. In a human-learning branch, the learning task must require the consequential operation that later work needs. In a provision branch, capacity must be available when that task and later work consume it. When immediate delivery and learning use one occasion, distinguish the helper’s contribution from the learner’s. A helper can complete the project while accidentally removing every opportunity for the learner to make the judgement being developed.

The branches also return results to one another. If a learner’s attempt exposes an unexplained distinction, return it to the Method construction. If a sound operation cannot be executed under local information access, return the missing access to provision or alter the way. If changing the arrangement removes the operation entirely, reconsider whether learning it still serves a retained development aim. A machine that eliminates an unnecessary decision can be a better whole solution than training everyone to make it.
