CB.11:10 - Rationale
A community arrangement combines contributions that can change independently. Following the useful work exposes which of those contributions must move, be replaced or end. Receiving use tests the new combination where its value is supposed to appear.
Cultural continuation and organisational continuation therefore require related but distinct judgements. A practice can remain obtainable without the old group, and a group can remain active while losing a needed way of working. Preserving the means of use and settling actual commitments makes either a continuation or an ending useful.
