CB.11:7 - Conformance Checklist
For the intended transition or ending, establish that:
- The changed condition, affected promises and decision authorities are clear.
- Worthwhile uses and the contributions needed to obtain them have been recovered.
- The chosen continuation, pause, transfer, separation or ending has feasible provision and stated accepted losses.
- Successors and other contributors have accepted their work and its limits.
- Material, access and shared resources move only through applicable permissions and arrangements.
- Receiving use has occurred where an achieved transfer is claimed, and unresolved gaps change the promise.
- Current obligations and the old arrangement’s remaining resources have an effective disposition.
- People can discover what remains available, and later observation is bounded to a live question.
A successful first use establishes that transfer at its observed scope. Continued cultural availability or changed population practice requires further evidence.
