CB.14:2 - Problem

Shared experience is unevenly recoverable. A confident account may conceal the conditions that made it work. A useful local adaptation may be discarded because it differs from the usual practice, or copied into places where its support is absent. Repeated advice can leave the common difficulty intact.

A community can also agree to write a guide without providing anyone with time to write, resolve disagreements or try it. Conversely, a project team may complete a document that practitioners cannot use and report the delivery as successful practice development.

The task is to connect the practical question, people with relevant experience, qualified development work and the receiving practice. Agreement can settle what the community wants to support; the claims about a method still need evidence appropriate to their use.
