CB.15:7 - Conformance Checklist
For reliance on a joint contribution, establish:
- Each side can state the practical question and the value it expects from taking part.
- The first action is feasible and useful under the actual time, access and capability conditions.
- Participants can supply the contribution or obtain the missing owner decision.
- Consequential meanings and substantive conflicts are understood at the receiving use.
- The action yields an inspected result, including any unresolved input or failed condition.
- Both practices receive the useful return within the agreed permission and representation limits.
- Further commitments are chosen and provided explicitly; useful local independence remains available.
An unexplained referral failure or a promising contrast is enough to recognise the need. The conditions above support reliance on the constructed connection.
