CB.1:5.2 - More carriers without a discussion group
The same association wants more repairers to recognise one well-understood fault condition. In this constructed variant, the diagnostic method, correctness criteria and authorised training examples already exist.
The organiser makes the use and prerequisites understandable, obtains a demonstration and a practice task through the relevant HCD methods, and ensures that repairers have access to the required information in their own workshops. A changed example tests whether they can select and use the diagnostic procedure under the stated help conditions. The training provider collects fault reports and distributes corrections to the material.
This arrangement can produce the intended cultural contribution even if the repairers never talk to one another. If their remaining difficulty is interpreting genuinely new cases, the organiser can later compare peer exchange and expert consultation. If the method itself is unsettled, more enrolments would not settle it; that question returns to method development.
